Returns and exchanges

Due to the Handmade nature of our products, there are no refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a negligence on our part, we will make it right. Please check your order as soon as you receive them. If there is an error, please let us know.  Thanks

We are currently accepting Paypal, Cash App and Zelle payments.

SHIPPING

We pride ourselves in getting your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Since our items are made to order, we don’t have in stock items to ship right away. But with small orders we can usually produce and ship in a few days. Larger orders may take a little more time, depending on the particular item you are purchasing. We can usually process your order within 7-15 business days, sometimes earlier. Customer service is very important to us. If there is something you need sooner please message us. We do offer expedited processing for a small fee, which will shorten your order processing time.

Please note that we make every effort to get your item to you. If we are ever experiencing a shipping delay, rest assure we will keep you updated on the status. Most orders ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, which usually delivers in 1-3 days or First Class Mail, 5-7 days. Since we make every effort to ship your item in a timely manner, we need your assistance after we have officially shipped.

❤When Crafted With Paper ships your item, you are will receive an electronic email stating that we have shipped and provides you with a tracking number, so that you can check the status on arrival. It’s very important to track your package. If your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact USPS, to inquire about the status.  Please let us know the status ASAP and we will make every effort to work with you to rectify the situation. However we are not responsible for an item that has arrived and/or a delivery attempt was made by the courier. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages.

For Digital files, there are no paper products delivered but computer generated files designed for you to print at home, from an online or local print shop. The file will either be an instant download or you will be sent an email with a link to download the files.
