For the best results photo should be high resolution, and a minimum of 300 dpi. Please do not crop your photos, Please do not send in a close-up photos, Please do not provide us with photographer watermark photos as we will not be accept.
PLEASE READ NOTES BEFORE PURCHASING: Printed backdrop may require tax, which is state to state. Prior to purchasing please provide your zip code. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days depending on your order. If you need your processing time rushed, there is a fee of $30 for this item (this is not shipping cost). Paying a rush processing fee will move your processing time to 5-7 days. Shipping times does NOT include processing time. Item ships after processing time. You will receive tracking information, which will be listed on your order page. It is YOUR responsibility to track your package and follow up with the shipping courier.
When we ship your item, you are sent an electronic email that we have shipped and provides you with a tracking number, so that you can check the status on arrival. If your item does not arrive, please contact us ASAP and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. However we will not take responsibility for an item that has arrived and a delivery attempt was made by the courier. Please be aware, since shipping is free of charge, items are shipped with No Signature Required, so please make arrangements to accept your deliver, this is why it’s very important to track your package.
