This listing is for a fully customize backdrop design. Having a photo shoot or just want something special for your next event, we can help with our custom backdrop design service.  Our backdrops can be a great addition to your next function, we strive to make a great shopping experience and work to make sure our clients love their backdrop!

Free ground shipping is not a guaranteed service and can take up to 1-5 business days and it may get delayed during this time period. We recommend upgrading to Express shipping for time sensitive orders.

All sales are final. I understand that due to the custom nature of this product, NO REFUNDS are provided and any change will require CWP’s written approval. We will provide you with one (1) mock-up of your design. You can either approve to finalize order for print or request revisions to the design. After the first mock-up, we will provide you with a screenshot of any changes you’ve requested. Up to 3 revisions are included (i.e. background color, foreground color, font and wording changes) additional rounds of revisions incur an additional $30 fee. If you change your mind and decide you want an entirely new design, there is an additional non-refundable design fee of $60 to create a brand new design.

PLEASE NOTE: FedEx and UPS have changed their oversized fees. As a result, All banners 88″ (7’4″) and under on their shortest side will be rolled and shipped in standard corrugated boxes. All banners 89″ (7’5″) or longer on their shortest side will be folded and shipped in a square box. Oversized banners will experience some wrinkles due to the vinyl material. We suggest removing banner from packaging to let the vinyl settle. To minimize wrinkles or bending, we do recommend adding a shipping tube.

Design process: FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.  Once fee is received, we will begin the design phase of you backdrop based on when you placed your order and need by date. Please note: emailIng us samples of what your vision is and/or color scheme will help in expediting the process. Once we have gone over what your expectations are, and we agree upon a design, we will work on finalizing your backdrop design to your specifications.

We will then provide you with a backdrop mock-up. You can either approve or request revisions to the agreed upon design. Up to 3 revisions are included on the quoted price, (i.e. background color, foreground color, font and wording changes) additional rounds of revisions incur an additional $30 fee. If you change your mind and decide you want an entirely new design, there is a non refundable design fee of $60 to create a brand new design.

For digital files, No Backdrops will be mailed, you will receive a DIGITAL ready to print file. File will be emailed to your email address via WeTransfer.com. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON DIGITAL FILES.

Mock-up Photos are for viewing purposes only. We will not duplicate another designers artwork. ALL BACKDROP MEASUREMENTS ARE WIDTH BY HEIGHT, i.e 4×6 is 6 feet high.

❤️HOW TO ORDER (NOTE: please contact us BEFORE you place your order, with the date you need by, so that we can let you know if we can accommodate your order). PAYMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO ANY DESIGN WORK.

1. Choose size from the dropdown menu. If you are requesting a digital file, please indicate in notes to seller what size is needed.

2. Add this item to your cart, and purchase listing. We will not proceed with your order until listing is paid.

3. Specify whether you require grommets, pole pockets (top and/or bottom) or both. If you are purchasing a DIGITAL FILE, please Not Applicable.

4. Digital File only or Print and Ship select sizes available from the dropdown menu

If you are ordering a digital file, please allow at least 72 hrs . (Weekends not included). (Please advise if you intend to use behind a table and not a photo prop as layout may need to be adjusted) Please note some printing outlets like, FedEx kinkos, Staples, etc can and may refuse printing copyright/protected images. Please make sure you have an alternative as we do not issue refunds.

Need a custom design or want to add a photo, please send us a message, we will work with you to create something special. (Need another size, contact us.) Custom backdrop banner. Use as a photo backdrop. Place behind your dessert/treat table.

For the best results photo should be high resolution, and a minimum of 300 dpi. Please do not crop your photos, Please do not send in a close-up photos, Please to not provide us with photographer watermark photos as we will not be accept.

PLEASE READ NOTES BEFORE PURCHASING: Printed backdrop may require tax, which is state to state. Prior to purchasing please provide your zip code. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days depending on your order. If you need your processing time rushed, there is a fee of $30 for this item (this is not shipping cost). Paying a rush processing fee will move your processing time to 3-5 days. Shipping times does NOT include processing time. Item ships after processing time. You will receive tracking information, which will be listed on your order page. It is YOUR responsibility to track your package and follow up with the shipping courier.

When we ship your item, you are sent an electronic email that we have shipped and provides you with a tracking number, so that you can check the status on arrival. If your item does not arrive, please contact us ASAP and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. However we will not take responsibility  for an item that has arrived and a delivery attempt was made by the courier. Please be aware, since shipping is free of charge, items are shipped with No Signature Required, so please make arrangements to accept your deliver, this is why it’s very important to track your package.
