As this item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on this product.

PLEASE READ NOTES BEFORE PURCHASING:  Our current processing time is 7-10 business days depending on your order. If you need your processing time rushed, there is a fee of $15 for this item (this is not shipping cost). Shipping times does NOT include processing time. Item ships after processing time. You will receive tracking information, which will be listed on your order page. It is YOUR responsibility to track your package and follow up with the shipping courier.
