You will receive a demo design picture (in black) of the font chosen, please confirm before we start the cutting process.
**Unfortunately with Covid-19 we are seeing delays with all the major carriers. We CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY DATE. All dates are “estimated delivery date” Once your package leaves our hands it is 100% out of our control and delays may happen. Please allow time for your package to reach you. We do suggest you order ahead of time. **We recommend upgrading to Express shipping for time sensitive orders.

If you need your processing time rushed, there is a fee of $25 for this item (this is not shipping cost). Paying a rush processing fee will move your processing time up. Shipping times does NOT include processing time. Item ships after processing time. You will receive tracking information, which will be listed on your order page. It is YOUR responsibility to track your package and follow up with the shipping courier.
