Enter all required details in the “Add Your Personalization” box.
Please double-check spelling — your information is copied exactly as submitted.
2. Complete Your Purchase
Select your quantity and proceed to checkout.
3. Submit Your Photo(s)
Upload your photo(s) directly or email them to craftedwithpaper@gmail.com.
For best results, use high-resolution, original photos with good lighting.
📦 WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Digital Proof
A proof will be sent via Etsy Messages within 2 business days.
Approval
Review your proof carefully and respond promptly.
Production begins once your design is approved.
(If you paid with Apple Pay, please message us your email address.)
Shipping
Your order will be securely packaged and shipped, ready for your event.
⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Delays & Damages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, Crafted With Paper is not responsible for delays or lost packages.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so a claim can be filed.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed after the claim is completed.

No Refund Policy
All items are custom-made. Refunds are only issued if an error was made on our part.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Once design work has started or items have been printed, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Design Approval Responsibility
You will receive a proof for approval.
Please review carefully — once approved, we are not responsible for spelling errors or image quality issues present in the approved design.
Delayed approvals may impact delivery timelines.
Defects or Errors
If we made an error (incorrect item or misspelling), contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or refund.
Item return may be required before processing a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a small crafted item. It may appear larger than it actually is. Please make sure that you are ordering the right item.

For the best results photo should be high resolution, and a minimum of 300 dpi. Please do not crop your photos, Please do not send in a close-up photos, Please to not provide us with photographer watermark photos as we will not be accept.
When Crafted With Paper ships your item, you are sent an electronic email stating that we have shipped and provides you with a tracking number, so that you can check the status on arrival. If your item does not arrive, please contact us ASAP and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. However we are responsible for an item that has arrived or a delivery attempt was made by the courier.
