❤️ PROCESSING TIME
Processing time for shipped/mailed items can take up to 2-3 WEEKS or depending on our work load, it could be sooner or later. Our normal processing time is 7-15 Business Days. Once your proof has been sent, please review for any errors. Please note, your approval is required within 3 business days. If I we do not hear from you, we will assume your information is correct and proceed with your order.
If you are ordering a digital file, please allow at least 72 hrs . (Weekends not included). (Please advise if you intend to use behind a table and not a photo prop as layout may need to be adjusted) Please be advised some printing outlet like, FedEx kinkos, Staples, etc can and may refuse printing copyright/protected images. Please make sure you have an alternative as we do not issue refunds.
Need a custom design or want to add a photo, please send us a message, we will work with you to create something special. (Need another size, contact us.) Custom backdrop banner. Use as a photo backdrop. Place behind your dessert/treat table.

For the best results photo should be high resolution, and a minimum of 300 dpi. Please do not crop your photos, Please do not send in a close-up photos, Please to not provide us with photographer watermark photos as we will not be accept.

When we ship your item, you are sent an electronic email that we have shipped and provides you with a tracking number, so that you can check the status on arrival. If your item does not arrive, please contact us ASAP and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. However we will not take responsibility for an item that has arrived and a delivery attempt was made by the courier. Please be aware, since shipping is free of charge, items are shipped with No Signature Required, so please make arrangements to accept your deliver, this is why it’s very important to track your package.
