PLEASE READ NOTES BEFORE PURCHASING: Please note: emailing us samples of what your vision is and/or color scheme will help in expediting the process. Once we have gone over what your expectations are, and we agree upon a design, we will work on finalizing your backdrop design to your specifications. We will then provide you with a backdrop mock-up. You can either approve or request revisions to the agreed upon design. Up to 3 revisions are included on the quoted price, (i.e. background color, foreground color, font and wording changes) additional rounds of revisions incur an additional $30 fee. If you change your mind and decide you want an entirely new design, there is an additional non refundable design fee of $50 to create a brand new design.

For the best results photo should be high resolution, and a minimum of 300 dpi. Please do not crop your photos, Please do not send in a close-up photos, Please to not provide us with photographer watermark photos as we will not be accept.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Our current processing time is 3 weeks depending on your order. If you need your processing time rushed, there is a fee of $40 for this item (this is not shipping cost). Item ships after processing time. You will receive tracking information, which will be listed on your order page. It is YOUR responsibility to track your package and follow up with the shipping courier.

When we ship your item, you are sent an electronic email that we have shipped and provides you with a tracking number, so that you can check the status on arrival.
