    Some print shops (like FedEx Office, Staples, etc.) may refuse to print copyrighted characters. Please confirm your printer’s policy in advance — we do not issue refunds due to print refusal.

    📸 PHOTO GUIDELINES

    • Submit high-resolution photos (minimum 300 DPI)

    • Do NOT crop or send close-up images

    • Watermarked or professional photographer photos will not be accepted

    • Rush processing is available for a $20 fee
